Lecturing project management, program and multiproject management in the degree programs Logistics and Transport Management and Project Management and Information Technology at the University of Applied Sciences bif Vienna. Supervision of master and diploma theses.

Mobile Supervision of master theses, diploma theses and theses in the field of electrical engineering, energy technology and computer science as well as that of commercial work within a sales environment.

2008 – 2014 (Dr. Bergaus)

Teaching assignment for mobile computing in the degree program Project Management and Information Technology at the University of Applied Sciences bfi Vienna.

2017 – to date (Dr. Stottok)

Optimized undertaking Lessons-Learned Workshops and Profit-Loss Analysis in the wake of making cost estimations/offers for complex projects in the field of electrical energy and drive technology, in order to generate measures for their future situation with regard to a successful project profit for improving future similar projects.

Optimization of software development processes for national and international IT companies, coaching and methodical support of project managers and project teams, analysis and design of IT process landscapes, implementation of metrics and tools for operational control, piloting, training and company-wide implementation.

Worldwide training, training and tracking of project opportunities through the Winning Complex Sales methodology for the systematic and structured capture, tracking and implementation of complex customer projects in the field of electrical energy and plant engineering, specifically using the Proposing to Win, Developing Strategic Accounts and Value components based selling.

Optimizing the company-wide quotation process of service-oriented projects for a global computer manufacturer in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Overall project responsibility, complex process optimization project, actual / target analysis and improving the processes during pre-sales phases and introduction a metric concept Saving potential, piloting in Austria and Switzerland and providing further international implementations.

Implementing an adaptive change management and a simplified improvement and suggestion based on keys 2 under the 20-key system to enhance the competitiveness and efficiency of a locomotive management and manufacturing site by matching the requirements of top-down and bottom-up up-management, streamlining the operation and improving harmony between each department of the company concerned.
